Which states and forms are supported
Xrep detects the right state form from your first message and works with state-specific purchase contracts, addenda and disclosures. Any form your brokerage uses can be added through the template builder.
Can we use our own brokerage forms
Yes. Upload a blank form and Xrep detects every field, labels it, generates autofill rules and MLS mappings, then verifies its own work page by page before you publish org-wide.
Does it replace our e-signature vendor
E-signature is built in through Dropbox Sign or Documenso, with per-signer status and signed-copy retrieval. If you already use one of those, signing stays where your records live.
What happens to a contract when an agent leaves the brokerage
When a Member is removed, Xrep generates a contract and template transfer log. Nothing is deleted without notification and approval, and the audit log keeps the original attribution.
Can I edit what the AI wrote
Yes, every field is clickable — edit, delete, restyle, or add free-placement text and checkmarks anywhere on the page. Each change is recorded for tracking purposes.
Do you connect to our email
Yes, you can connect Gmail or Outlook. Draft property emails from inside the contract. Sharing between the buyer's and seller's agent can also stay within the platform.
